It isenvisionedthat49 peoplefromdifferentprofessionaldisciplinesareto be employed on thesedepartments. Inadditiontothis, foreffectivemanagement of thearea, fourNational Park officesareto be established in Amasra, Ulus, Pınarbaşı and Cide. BesidesKüre MountainsNational Park Directorate, twocommitteesthathave a say in themanagement of thearea is proposed.

TheCommittee, at leastonce a year, on thebasis of simplemajority, cometogetherunderthechairmanshipBartinandKastamonuprovincegovernororlieutenantgovernorto be appointedbygovernoralternately.
The members of the committee are one representative from each of theGovernorship of Bartın and Kastamonu, the General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks (Head of National Parks), Bartın and Kastamonu Universities, Bartın District Governorships of Ulus, Kurucaşile and Amasra (Unions of Village Services), Kastamonu District Governorships of Pınarbaşı, Azdavay, Şenpazar and Cide (Unions of Village Services), Bartın Municipalities of Ulus, Kurucaşile, Amasra and Arıt, Kastamonu Municipalities of Pınarbaşı, Azdavay, Şenpazar and Cide, Special Provincial Administrations of Bartın and Kastamonu, Western Black Sea Development Agency, Northern Anatolia Development Agency, 10th Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, Kastamonu Regional Directorate of Forestry, Zonguldak Regional Directorate of Forestry, Küre Mountains National Park Directorate, Bartın and Kastamonu Provincial Directorates of Environment and Urbanization, Bartın and Kastamonu Provincial Directorates of Culture and Tourism, Bartın and Kastamonu Provincial Directorates of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Bartın and Kastamonu Provincial Directorates of Youth Services and Sports, Bartın and Kastamonu Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Zonguldak and Kastamonu Regional Unions of Turkey Forestry Cooperatives, WWF-Turkey, the representative of Küre Mountains PAN Parks Group, two non-governmental organizations from both Bartın and Kastamonu, which are in service within the boundaries of Küre Mountains Natural Park Buffer Zone. The secretariat  worksof the committee is under the responsibility of the 10th Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs. The committee continues its activities in accordance with the previously established methods and principles
